Automated workflow to move objects from one namespace to another in Elixir Cloud

We work on changes to EPS and TDFs for our clients. We need to be able to work on these without our clients seeing the in-flight changes. We would like to work on the changes in a "DEV" namespace, and then use workflow to move the changes to specific client's namespaces once tested and approved. We would like to automated as well as part of audit trail.
