UHC - Data manager update is required for the Provider Directory

UHC team needs to consider their updated data schema and that will require our Data Module to update for the 2025_Provider_Directory - Individual Project.

Change Request:

The new requirements are impacting the “Columns P to CY” in the Excel Data input Versioning Grid (VG) that will be required to update DM.

Requirements from the UHC team:

1. delete the columns for cleanup purposes from the VG that they have not using for very long. (Columns to be removed are mentioned in the ELX_Analysis_for_PD_Ind_VG.xlsx file)

UHC will get the new data schema to be processed which will be cleaner, and organized, and fewer data will be merged from XML instead of unnecessary columns and would become enabled from managed to self-services.
