Feature/Button to delete test plans directly from the Tango word plugin

Currently, deleting test plans involves navigating to Elixir. It would be more convenient if this feature were directly accessible in the Word plugin—perhaps with a delete button right next to the plan or an option to right-click and delete the test plan/plans. By implementing this, we can streamline the process by avoiding the hassle of navigating to multiple screens or platforms to delete our test plans, especially during the peak season
