Elixir Tango should be running to Java 17. This is recommended version from Horizon Security Team

There is recommendation from Horizon Security team that all the application should be running on Jave version 17. Current Version of Java is Version 8

    Hi Subodh, thanks for the recommendation. Since this is a technology stack recommendation and does not fall fit into the 'product feature' request, this recommendation will be passed on internally to our engineering stakeholders.
